Two Polish brothers had a dream to open their own business back in 1949. Purchasing the old Albert & Evelyn piano shop, they kept the letters 'A' & 'E' as a tribute and began distributing everything from glassware to floor wax to toiletries throughout Germantown and grew their business into one of best in the industry.

Nick Capozzi was born & raised in Germantown. From playing hockey in the lot across the street to graduating Cardinal Dougherty in 1978?, Nick is an integral member of the community. He began moving boxes for A&E out of high school and worked his way to the very top. Self-made, Nick relies on the old principles of hard work, loyalty & knowing your customers.

Son of Nick Capozzi, 'Junior' began working on the weekends & summers of his teenage years and after graduating University of Delaware became a permanent member to the team as well as everyone's favorite comedic relief.

A touch of class & style, Nancie brings more color to the workspace, keeps the paperwork in line & often times becomes the lunch representative for the team.

Larry Baker came into the paper supply industry at an early age, serving Philadelphia & New Jersey before ending up on the A&E team. His years of experience and personality are evident in his willingness to assist and talk all things Philadelphia sports!

Probably the most popular member of the A&E team, Neeko makes weekly appearances at the shop helping out mostly behind the scenes. Despite his young age, he has picked up the business quite well.
